Botanvè Filtered Shower Head — Installation Guide
No plumber needed. Most installs take under 5 minutes.
What's in the box
- Botanvè filtered shower head (BTV-100)
- 3-stage filter cartridge (ACF Rod, KDF-55, Calcium Sulfate Balls) — pre-installed
- Rubber washer / Teflon tape
- Quick-start card
Steps
- Remove your old shower head. Turn it counter-clockwise by hand, or use a wrench/pliers wrapped in cloth if it's tight.
- Clean the shower arm thread. Wipe away old tape or limescale residue.
- Wrap Teflon tape clockwise around the shower arm thread, 3–4 turns, for a leak-free seal.
- Attach the Botanvè shower head. Thread it onto the arm clockwise by hand, then snug it with a gentle turn — do not overtighten.
- Turn on the water and check for leaks at the joint. If it drips, tighten slightly or add another wrap of tape.
- Flush for 30 seconds before first use to clear any loose carbon dust from the new filter.
Filter replacement
Replace the filter cartridge every 3–6 months depending on water hardness and usage, for consistent chlorine and heavy metal reduction.
